Woodbridge, VA – As a major command of the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and major subordinate command to U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) provides resilient space and cyberspace capabilities for the Air Force, Joint Force and the Nation. Through the use of satellite, launch and cyber operations, AFSPC directly supports our nation’s military operations.

With the threat of cyberattacks only increasing, the USAF remains diligent in enhancing capabilities to safeguard information systems from hostile threats and vulnerabilities. The AFSPC Directorate of Integrated Air, Space, Cyberspace and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Mission Assurance Division has selected Sev1Tech as the prime contractor partner to provide cybersecurity, technical cyber domain expertise and integrated program management services over a five-year period.

Sev1Tech will develop, implement, manage and maintain a new AFSPC high performance Risk Management Framework (RMF) Cybersecurity Program. This program will enable the Air Force to rapidly respond to attacks, remediate cyber vulnerabilities, and build stronger cyber defenses. Sev1Tech’s team of cyber specialists and engineers will come together to provide cybersecurity solutions, technical assessments and technical research and analysis of alternatives for all Space Mission Systems and Department of Defense intelligence information systems and applications.
